Yeah, I just went back and tried it again, and the basis for my
opinion is basically this: I do a sort of "middling" experience
(it seems hard not to if you want to end up with any money for
a dress, since you have to avoid spending too much), and I get
to the ending, undo back, and try all three dates available in
that playthrough, and two of the dresses with one of the dates,
and get the exact same ending regardless.  Try another playthrough,
try to save more money, get access to three of the dresses and
a different date, but it still doesn't seem to make much difference.

Still, I enjoyed it a lot more than Desert Heat.
