This was truly a shame -- it created the impression that Activision just
didn't care.  I didn't mind LTOI1, even though the manuals were a bit
sloppily put together and the games were missing all the neat props (but
they would have been far too expensive to reproduce), but there was
absolutely no excuse for LTOI2.
