Glad to.  You can purchase LTOI 2 for the Amiga in Baghdad, Iraq.
They won't want to sell it to a foreigner, so gain their friendship first
by offering them some good whiskey or a cooked ham (both hard to get in
Baghdad).  They don't accept Australian money, but you can tell them to
put it on the tab of the Computists' International Association, which
has an account there under its acronym.

Thanks for all the moral support, but no one actually told me what was
on the ticket.  So I downloaded a walkthru from ftp.gmd.de and found out.

I would like to know if I have the only mutilated LTOI manual.
No point trying to get it replaced if they're all like that.
