OK, so you do that.  Act like an asshole, download hundreds of copies of a
work where the author has made it quite clear (in a licence, in the game
text, whatever) that he doesn't want the work to be redistributed, then
start selling your CDs.  When the author takes you to court for damages, try
and convince the judge that it doesn't matter that the author has
*explicitly* made it clear that he doesn't want his work redistributed, *as*
*is* *his* *right*.
