Only with the computer. Every piece of software that came with this PC has
'only for distribution with a new PC' on the disc(s) and in the EULA. The
only entity that can be sold my discs is the OEM.

Back in 1986, the EULA for the DRI software that shipped with my PC said
they could be sold on if I destroyed any and all copies I'd made for any
purpose, including merged copies. The EULA for the Microsoft and Locomotive
Software products explicitly forbid their separate resale.

Illegally.

Yes they do. The license quite clearly states that use of the software
indicates an agreement to the terms of that license. If you don't like it,
stop buying software with licenses like that. If you claim that such things
have no effect, I'd suggest you take that up with my company's solicitor --
I'm sure he'll be impressed at your credentials, and immediately refund me
his fee for drafting the license agreements my company uses for our
software.

Now kindly shut the fuck up.
