Here's my personal take on it: providing links to "how to play"
is a cool idea. Providing links to an online feelie... I dunno;
most people don't have always-on connections.

For the game I just released I included a .txt version of
my .html feelie, but I haven't gotten any feedback about it
so I don't know if it was worth the effort. But it was
pretty trivial to do.
