<waving hand> Absolutely.  Sign me up for a copy at whatever price you
end up determining is fair.  Heck, for all the enjoyment Inform has
given me since I first started experimenting with it five or six years
ago, I should sell off a large part of my stock portfolio and send it to you.

Pardon me if I'm touching a sore nerve, but I remember signing up on
Cascade Mountain's list of people who desired a hardcopy of DM4.  If
there was a way to get a hold of that list (if it still exists), I
wouldn't be surprised if many of those people would still purchase a
copy, despite it being available via download.  That might give you a
general idea of how large a print run you would be looking at.
