Perhaps someone could help with this.
I would like to make a dummy verb that corresponds to this format:

   >THE TOASTER IS IN THE KITCHEN

The verb is used for updating information (here, the location of the
toaster). It could start with anything that would match to the noun,
e.g.:

   >TOASTER IS IN KITCHEN

Mainly it will be used when someone says,

   >FRANK, THE TOASTER IS IN THE KITCHEN

which updates Frank's knowledge. TELLing Frank this would also work,
but I need to make this work as well. Any ideas?
