There are equivalents for all the meanings of 'sight', there just aren't
single equivalents for all the meanings. I'm not sure which meaning
you're thinking of.

The definitions below are from m-w.com:

NOUN:

'sight' in the sense 'the range of vision' (6b)
he was within sight, within hearing

The lack of good matches for touch & taste aren't problematic in this
case, because those are more active senses that really behave differently.
'smell' does seem to be missing.

'sight' in the sense of 'a perception of an object by or as if by the eye' (6a)
never lost sight of him, lost the sound of him, the smell of him,
lost touch of him [more commonly 'hold'], lost the taste of him

Words that don't require the use of 'the' (which sight does not)
  aren't coming to mind, admittedly.

'sight' in the sense 'something that is seen'
I saw quite a sight, heard quite a sound, smelled quite an odor,
touched quite a ???, tasted quite a taste.

VERB:

'sight' in the sense 'to catch sight of':
the pissing bandit sighted an unprotected bowl of corn flakes,
heard an unprotected bowl of rice krispies,
smelled an unprotected bowl of froot loops,
tasted an unprotected bowl of raisin bran, and
"touched" an unprotected bowl of cheerios
