As of this moment, no.

ZIL (Implementation, not Interface) once existed, but now only sparse
documentation exists.

I have a "crack team of operatives" scouting for information on ZIL and MDL,
and am working on a C compiler in the meantime, to make sure I have the basic
concept of "Z-compiling" together.

You'll get updates on my progress the moment I make any...
