If you continue to have no success at finding a printed manual out here,
try paying a visit to your local Kinko's, or some other place that
specializes in doing photocopy work.  There is one of these on every
single university campus I've ever heard of, for sure, just show up and
ask the first person you see where the copy/print centre is.  

Most of these places will let you do laser prints for $.10 a page, just
bring them a standard postscript file (which are up on gmd).
