I'm designing a new Z-machine or whatever, for my dissertation.
It will be very different from TADS; basically it will look more
like STRIPS.  The point is to develop NPCs that can us AI planning
techniques for all their actions.

The programming is an awful task, and the resulting system might not be
usable.  (To get my dissertation I just need to run 6 examples on it,
not an entire game.)
