It's in the manual (which you will get upon registering your copy).
The parseError function (which you will rewrite) supplies strings like
'Who do you want to %s'.  The main limitation appears to be that
the supplied string elements are in the given order; if there were
two system-supplied strings being printed, you could print none, the first
or both, with any desired fixed text you wanted, but if you printed
both you could not reverse order, and you could not print the second
without printing the first.
