The only journals I know of which come close are "Simulation &
Gaming", published by Sage Press, "Interactive Entertainment
Design" published by Chris Crawford, and "Inter*action: the journal
of role-playing and storytelling systems", published by, er, me.
These may not be exactly what you're after. If anyone knows of
anything more specific, I'd be interested in hearing about it as
well.
