There is rudimentary package for Minix-vmd in
http://www.minix-vmd.org/current/vmd/opt/pcmcia/

Note that
1) you probably have to read the pcmcia hardware specs to understand what
   is going on
2) in theory you can damage your pcmcia cards by supplying the wrong voltage
   to the wrong pins (it's all software controlled)
