I just finished making availiable a little utility (better described as
a hack) which I wrote awhile ago; it converts MacMinix a.out files into
Motorola s-records, which many 68K-based single board computers accept.
This allows MacMinix to be a development environment for such systems.

This is availiable from my minix page:

http://www.rit.edu/~aje9383/minix/

The page dedicated to this utility is:

http://www.rit.edu/~aje9383/minix/atos.html

(In general, if you don't have any idea what this is used for, you most
likely will have no use for it.)

Still availiable from the same page are my MacMinix direct-to-SCSI disk
driver, a set of MacMinix manual pages (but better sets are, I suspect,
availiable elsewhere now), and some stuff extolling the C68 compiler.

As an aside: is there a newer version of the 68000 ACK assembler which
correctly handles symbols defined as the difference of two labels well?
The version provided with MacMinix incorrectly marks them as needing to
be relocated, when they in fact should not be. (I think that's how the
system breaks down; at any rate, it seems not to work.) Perhaps I will
just have to wait like everyone else for the public release of ACK....
