No, that machine has an ISA-Bus in it (yeah I saw it :-) ).
I dont have the original monitor , too (using it with my main monitor
connected for experimental purposes only).

Speed does not matter, nor graphical resolution or colors.
640x480 at 16 colors would be highly sufficient...
