I just got a P-100 Gateway machine with SCSI controller (Adaptec 2940),
a SCSI disk and zipdrive. It has 64Mb RAM. I have a Minix-1.5 (on AT-disk)
lying aroung plugged it in and booted with external floppy. The system
hangs after the banner has been displayed. Disconnecting the cable from
SCSI controller results is normal boot process. This is the first time
I have seen IDE/SCSI coexistance problem? Has anybody else seen this scenaro
before? Any pointers will be appreciated.
