If you are looking hard enough, you'll find some servers that do have
suitable minix software. I mirrored some of them on my site. I even
mirrored ELKS, PROOLIX and COHERENT - there is even a huge archive of
native minix stuff somewhere in .DE; I think ftp.leo.org was ist, but
can't remember exactly. My ftp-site is at: rhohost.franken.de but it 
is only a dialup ISDN and only online at night (german night! :-).
