Just hit return with 5 still in the drive.  The vol command in the
vol|zcat|tar pipeline may run ahead of zcat and tar due to buffering
in the pipes.  All is well if you see /tmp/LAST being extracted.

To fix this problem the images should have a volume label and a size,
but then they stop being a split-up compressed tarfile.  Now you can
concatenate images pairwise on bigger floppies, or concatenate the
entire lot and extract them on another UNIX machine, etc, etc.
