WEll, heres a new one for yas, I think I compiled a correct kernel, but I'm
not sure on how to correctly install it in the scratch partition (/dev/hd2b).
Here's what i do..

 installboot -i /dev/hd2b ../kernel/kernel ../fs/fs ../mm/mm init

if that works then:
installboot -b /dev/hd2b bootblock boot image

Is that correct? Also after I do that and try to boot up the test partition,
it asks for a rootdisk whixch I usually do a rootdev=/dev/hd2a, but after I
get to the login prompt its just decides to not do anything about what i type
in. Know whats wrong? and how I can get the test kernel to boot without
asking for a root disk? Thanx..
