you will find very, very few OS2 1.0 users out there.
the thing hardly made a dent in the market,
most people conisdered it so wimpy an OS, not to bother with,
and waited until 2.0 came out.
(by which point , nobody cared wether it was wimpy or not)

your BEST bet might just be to locate a copy of OS/2 1.0

it will multitask OS/2 1.0 programs, and it may well be 
the only OS in the whole world, that will.

you can have multiple dos sessions, each in its own window
but they will not run concurrently; just one at a time

again, I have to tell you 99.97% probability, no :(

nobody that I know of has ever tried to write a dos emulator
for minix, and an OS/2 emulator would be vastly more work.

i think, realistically,
the onyl way you're going to get msdos programs
to task switch, or multitask, is if you run a
shell or pseudokernel on top of dos
(i.e. Win 3.0, or Desqview)
