There's been a lot of discussion on this - basically, the answer is that
you have to rebuild the USR disk to fit on two 360KB floppies; this is
easy if you already have a version of Minix running, less easy otherwise.

You may be able to use rawrite to write the USR image to a harddrive
partition, and then bootstrap from there, but I've not tried this.
