A program setclock from a past net posting, read the system clock
and sets the hardware clock to it. This does not appear to be part
of version 1.7 so I am assuming that is not really needed.

So my question is: How do you set the hardware clock (without
using the MS-DOS time command). My clock loses 10 seconds a day
and I correct it weekly.
