NOTE: Energetic electron fluence at greater than 2 MeV continued to increase
over the last 24 hours and remains at very high levels capable of producing
deep-dialectric charging in geosynchronous and high-inclination satellites.
The stratospheric warming event has ended.  Stratospheric warming continues
to weaken in the polar region.  The temperature gradient is no longer
reversed between 60N and the pole in the whole stratosphere.  The background
x-ray flux is estimated today.
