WXFAX v2.3, is a Weather Facsimile Database Programme for radio-listening-
amateurs.  WXFAX contains information of all WEATHER Facsimile Stations
around the world which are operational on Longwave and Shortwave.  With
the registered version of WXFAX v2.3 you will be able to make complete
sorted listings in frequency (QRG), station, callsign (QRA) and country
(QTH) order as well as an ITU country/station list, a stations address
list, (selected) stations transmission info and finally a weather map
identification list.  Also available is some general fax info, some
sample weather maps etc.

Special requirements: VGA-card for display of the sample maps.

Changes (registered version):
 - Added an option in the 'General Fax Info Menu' to display the latest
   available information about fax stations.
 - Corrected some minor typing errors.
 - Added the file MENU.HLP to the WXFAX package.
 - Updated the database.

wxfax2_3.zip has replaced wxfax2_2.zip.
