The program is intended to bridge the gap between morning and evening news broadcasts with comprehensive, thoughtful reporting and analysis from correspondents around the globe. For the first time, public radio listeners will have a full hour of up-to-date news and information in the middle of the day. The Mid-Day Edition, comprised of interviews, features, roundtable discussions, live reports and commentaries will be anchored by David Brown, Monitor Radio's Daily Edition Host.
