4A. AUSTRALIAN REGION IONOSPHERIC SUMMARY
MUFs at Sydney were 10-20% enhanced 00-08UT and from 17UT onwards,
and otherwise near predicted monthly values. Spread F occurred 13, 15
and 17UT.

Observed T index for 27 March:  64

Predicted Monthly T Index for March is 40.
