The following two files are now available via ftp
from the ham archives at ftp.cs.buffalo.edu.

dx_w2iol.dat = Prefixes, countries, capitals, lat/long, ... & misc data
                in country order  (See K2DI DXCC data for prefix order.)
&
dx_w2iol.doc = Notes and misc. info.

They are also available from the ARRL info server (different names).
Slightly older versions are also on the "QRZ!" ham radio CD-ROM.
