RMPM (rich man - poor man) Pbem game

This directory contains rules, data files, and an archive of the mailings
for at least the past full week of the PBeM game, Rich-Man, Poor-Man.

If you are interested in playing, grab the rules file RULES.TXT or the file
GAMEADV.TXT for more information.

The mailing archive is organized with 1 mailing per file. Each mailing is
assigned a mailing number, with is incorporated as part of the filename.
All mailing archives are named in the form: RMPMxxxx, where xxxx is the
mailing number.

Here is a list of the information contained in the other files:

 1: BOARD.NEW       The latest game board.
                    Update: during each weekend

 2: UPDATE.TXT      List of all trade commands for the last few board
                    updates. For more information see the files
                    BOARD.NEW or TEMPLATES.TXT.
                    Update: during each weekend

 3: LIST.OUT        The latest inventory.
                    Update: during weekends and after modifications

 4: VOTE.ANA        Analysis of voting status.
                    Update: after modifications

 5: VOTE.DO         Table showing which players voted on what proposals,
                    but not which way they voted.  Note: since voting is
                    secret another file which shows everything is not
                    available, but players can ask for the file which shows
                    how they themselves voted.
                    Update: irregular

 6: BUSINESS.TXT    List of all currently active businesses (long!)
                    Update: after modifications

 7: REPORT.TXT      Business inventory.
                    Update: after modifications

 8: RULES.TXT       The complete game rules.
                    Update: after modifications

 9: MOVE.OLD        List of all move requests sent in by players for the last
                    board update.
                    Update: during each weekend

10: HOWTO.TXT       Information on how to request trade transactions and a lot
                    of other things
                    Update: after modifications

11: RULE.ALL        Business rule proposals (list of proposed businesses
                    for which players are currently voting)
