			Planetary Data

(P) Dargol: Colonies -	GTT Sendaria, GTT ???, GTT ???
Dargol, 13 X 26 sectors, has an atmosphere of methane/neon, a temperature of 2400 to 2900 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .6 G.
Dargol is a very, very hot world. It has no moons. The surface is like a sea with tiny islands of solidified rock. It is extremely dangerous to land here, as contact with the molten surface would have a devastating effect on the ship's hulls.

(G) Illiboid:
Illiboid is one of six satellites of the star Viscon. It has no satellites of its own but does have a very large complex ring system.

(G) Lazerbrand:
Lazerbrand is one of three gas giants orbiting the star Viscon. It has no moons and is smaller than most gas giants.

(P) Listrom's Hole: Colonies -	IMP Carl-Leigh
Listrom's Hole, 17 X 34 sectors, has an atmosphere of nitrogen/xenon, a temperature of -5 to 135 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .7 G. Moon Treasure was moved here.
Listrom's Hole is a world in the Viscon system. It is a rather new planet to join the Empire. The environment of Listrom's Hole is inhospitable to carbon based life but it has its own native examples of life.

	(M) Treasure: Colonies -IND Malestrom
Treasure, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G.
Treasure is an extremely small moon that orbits Listrom's Hole. It has a very rough, barren surface.

(G) Mamaton: Mamaton is one of the gas giants orbiting the sun, Viscon. It has no moons. Three large orange spots can be seen from orbit - major weather storms.

(P) Ratoyd: Colonies -	IMP Rathole-1
Ratoyd, 9 X 18 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of 0 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .3 G.
Ratoyd is a world in the Viscon system. It is a strange world having a single flat plateau. The rest of the world below the plateau is mountainous with very few (if any) places for a ship to land. The plateau rises about 8000 feet above the mountains below.

Additional Information

Dargol
This world is covered with molten lava and thousands of small islands (too small to register on your probe, but you can land on them).

Listrom's Hole
Tanglon: Tanglon are plants making up the strange forests on Listrom's Hole. They are 20 ft. tall and brown in color. Each emits chime like sounds. The tentacles of the tanglon plants stick to all items not of this world.

Galire Description: The Galire are 6 ft. tall brown organisms. They are "Z" shaped with a kind of jet exhaust at its bottom and rear. It propels itself with a burst of nitrogen. The upper part of the "Z" contains the sensory organs. Midway down the vertical portion of the "Z" are two tentacles.

The Galire: The Galire are beings which live on the planet Listrom's Hole. They are non-carbon based individuals who live in large cities in the forests. Their technology is equal to the humans but they are not spacefaring. They have no interest in leaving their world.

Galire Natives: The Galire are friendly folk but are difficult to understand even with a translator. They do not understand that humans cannot live in their atmosphere. They are willing to trade with humans and sell items such as battle computers and shields. These can be used on human ships with little modification.

Galire City of Kulgo: This city, situated in the Tanglon forests at 8-19 4E, has a population of 3,600. Mayor Sau is the city leader and conducts all trade agreements. Kulgo is a fairly new settlement and has no manufacturing capabilities. The city appears to have a small defense screen, very similar to shields.

Small bands of Galire natives sometimes trade at the starport area. The nearest alien city is located at 8-19 4E.

Galire cities are surrounded by defensive screens. Many cities exist on the planet, smaller ones to the east, larger ones to the south. They have a primitive city structure and the cities are run by a "Council of Cities". Usuil is the current capital city and is located in sector 11-3. They have cruder laser weapons of various models. Some look modern. The major cities are located on the western continent (named Caul) and they have 10 times the population.

Ratoyd
Ratoyd Worm/Snake trails: The giant snakes of Ratoyd have never been seen yet their trails are found everywhere. Some claim that these trails are from long dead snakes or giant worms. Others say the trails are not the trails of worms or snakes but of something else!

Water Weed: The entire surface of the Ratoyd plateau is covered with water weed. This plant is a very short grass that has egg sized root systems. These roots are hollow and are filled with water. The roots themselves are nutritious and they can completely support humans operating on the planet.

Mirror Beetles: Located wherever you find fissionables you find these 8 ft. long beetles rutting and burrowing in the ground. They appear to be very absorbed in their activities and they do not notice your group.

Mirror Beetles #2: If angered or disturbed the mirror beetles hard exoskeleton begins to glow pink, then red and then white. These insects are highly radioactive and they have the ability to emit dangerous and sometimes fatal levels of gamma radiation. The mirrored exoskeleton makes them almost completely immune to the effects of energy weapons.
