			Planetary Data

(G) Dallas:
Dallas is one of two gas giants in the Texas system. It has one moon named cowl.

	(M) Cowl:
Cowl, 13 X 26 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -40 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .8 G.
Cowl is Dallas' only satellite. It appears to be a typical barren, desolate moon, covered with craters and no sign of life.

(G) Maypole:

(M) Islands Seen: Colonies -IND Anderson Hall
Islands Seen, 17 X 34 sectors, has an atmosphere of nitrogen/ oxygen (breathable), a temperature of 20 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.1 G. Approximately 90% of all the sectors have some land in them.
This beautiful world, orbiting the gas giant Maypole, is literally covered with hundreds of islands. They range in size from just a few miles across to ones which span more than 8 partial squares. Life is detected here.

	(M) Lone Star:
Lone Star, 22 X 44 sectors has an atmosphere of nitrogen/ oxygen/carbon dioxide (breathable), a temperature of -10 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.2 G. Lone star is approximately 50% covered by water.
Lone Star is one of a pair of moons orbiting the gas giant Maypole. It was named Lone Star because of the star shaped mountain continent on the lower left-hand side of its planetary map. This world would be an ideal colonization type for lower-tech races, except for its rough seas that make travel on the sea impossible.

(P) Punishment: Colonies -	IND Knrooo
Punishment, 11 X 22 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 5.1 G.
Punishment is the closest planet to the star, Texas. Although it has a high gravity and is very close to the sun, what makes this world unique is its low, possibly unnatural temperature. No moons orbit this world.

(P) Rooster:
Rooster, 9 X 18 sectors, has an atmosphere xenon/argon, a temperature of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .7 G.
Rooster is a below average sized planet with a poisonous atmosphere. It is the second closest world to the star, Texas. No moons orbit this world.

Additional Information

Punishment
Sector 6-11: Unusual shaped fissure. In the fissure are enerjetians.

Enerjetians: Suck out energy from ships. To avoid them ruining your ship, put out fused power leads to keep them happy.

Artificial black hole: An artificial black hole is located here which will transport ground parties (a yacht might fit through) into one of a few planets connected to it in the Transhole area.

The black hole was operative at one time, but was damaged by nuclear missiles. Research project to repair the device is class K specific study.
