			Planetary Data

(G) Coven:
Coven is the largest planet in the Spandau system. It is in all probability a
failed sun. Coven has six moons named Revon, Avo, Muu, Xie, Lito, and Stece.

  (M) Avo:
Avo, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G. Avo is a moon of the gas giant Coven in
the Spandau system. It is a very craterous body with no atmospheric envelope.

  (M) Lito:
Lito, 2 X 3 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G. Lito is a moon orbiting the Coven in the
Spandau system. It is light gray in color and has several active volcanoes,
one of which is well over 10 miles high.

  (M) Muu:
Muu, 5 X 7 sectors, has an atmosphere of oxygen, a temperature of 38 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .7 G. Muu is a moon of the gas giant Coven in
the Spandau system. It has certain characteristics of a terrestrial type moon
but its atmosphere has little moisture. The terrain is mostly desert.

  (M) Revon: Colonies -	IMP Springer
  Revon, 8 X 15 sectors, has an atmosphere of oxygen/nitrogen (breathable), a
temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .7 G. Revon is the
largest moon orbiting Coven in the Spandau system. It is relatively cool for
a planet with somewhat terrestrial conditions.

  (M) Stece:
Stece, 2 X 4 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G. Stece is a moon orbiting the gas giant
Coven in the Spandau system. This moon is pockmarked with many craters and
has some signs of volcanic activity.

  (M) Xie:
Xie, 6 X 10 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .6 G. Xie is a moon of the planet Coven in the
Spandau system. This moon shows signs of having once had an atmosphere and
oceans. While it is now heavily cratered, the craters seem centered on what
was once land areas, with the former ocean bed being only lightly cratered.

(P) Everon:
Everon, 36 X 52 sectors, has an atmosphere of oxygen (low level), a temperature
of -35 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.1 G. Everon is a planet
with an erratic orbit. This results in some severe weather conditions. While
it can be classed as an oxygen planet, breathing masks must be worn by humans
if they plan on being involved in strenuous activities due to the low levels of
oxygen present.

  (M) Pil:
Pil, 3 X 6 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .2 G. Pil is the smaller of two moons that
orbit Everon in the Spandau system. Its surface is dust covered.

  (M) Sivy:
Sivy, 4 X 8 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .3 G. Sivy is a moon over the planet Everon in
the Spandau system. It is the larger of Everon's two moons and has many more
impact craters. The orbit of Sivy brings it much farther from Everon's
surface than does the orbit of the other moon, Pil.

(P) Lorna: Colonies -	SSL Ambrosia
Lorna, 36 X 52 sectors, has an atmosphere of oxygen/carbon dioxide
(breathable), a temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.1 G.
It has 3 land masses and is 85% liquid. Lorna is the pearl of the Spandau
system. It appears to be a beautiful world, ripe for human habitation. At
present two colonies exist here. Lorna has one moon named Pont.

  (M) Pont:
Pont, 5 X 12 sectors, has an atmosphere oxygen/carbon dioxide (breathable),
a temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .5 G. Pont is a
moon in the Spandau system orbiting the planet Lorna. It has an atmosphere
much like Lorna but is slightly cooler in temperature.

(G) Popov:
Popov is a gas giant in the Spandau system. It is brown in color but has four
rings of bright orange. Popov has 8 moons named Carval, Toto, Meek, Provo,
Cocktail, Caddy, Gorr, and Snev.

	(M) Caddy:
Caddy, 2 X 3 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G.
Caddy is one of many moons orbiting the gas giant Popov in the Spandau star system. It has a very craterous surface with many volcanoes. Many of these volcanoes are quite active and can be seen releasing their gases into the vacuum over Caddy.

	(M) Carval:
Carval, 3 X 63 sectors, has an atmosphere of neon, a temperature of -200 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .2 G.
Carval is a moon of the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. It is very cold and has an atmosphere of neon. Carval is bright red in color and has a dusty surface.

	(M) Cocktail:
Cocktail, 2 X 4 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G.
Cocktail is a moon orbiting the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. It has fewer craters than most of the moons over Popov. In fact, most of its terrain could be classified as flat.

	(M) Gorr:
Gorr, 5 X 12 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .5 G.
Gorr is a bright orange moon in orbit around the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. It has a very flat surface which is broken up by many rift valleys.

	(M) Meek:
Meek, 6 X 10 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .6 G.
Meek is a moon of the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. It is bright yellow in color and is one of the few moons having a ring system encircling it. The surface of Meek is rough.

	(M) Provo:
Provo, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .1 G.
Provo is a moon orbiting the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. It has a large mass for such a small moon. The surface of Provo is only slightly marred by craters.

	(M) Snev:
Snev, 4 X 8 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .3 G.
This moon orbits the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. It has a craterous surface with many old, inactive volcanoes. It also has some newer, active volcanoes which are just coming into their own.

	(M) Toto:
Toto, 5 X 7 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -315 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .3 G.
This moon has a very erratic orbit around the gas giant Popov in the Spandau system. Its surface is rather unstable due to the effects of its orbital condition. It is the closest moon to Popov's surface.

(P) Ventoff:
Ventoff, 25 X 50 sectors, has an atmosphere of methane, a temperature of 19 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.0 G.
This is the planet of storms, as there is a storm somewhere on its surface at all times. These storms are noted for their particular beauty from orbit but are quite violent at the surface.

Additional Information

Pont
Skimmers: Skimmers are small warm blooded creatures that fly along the ground catching insects especially in swampy areas. They are harmless and are usually considered to be beneficial.
Insect Swarm: Your party encounters a swarm of insects. These insects seem to be more of a bother than a threat to life. They move on when skimmers appear in the area.
