Planetary Data

(P) Droon:
Droon, 6 X 10 sectors, has an atmosphere of nitrogen, a temperature of 32 to 45 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .7 G.
Droon is a very dry and cold world.  The surface is mostly desert and semi-desert.  
Plant life is faintly detected and animal life even fainter, due to the harsh environment.
Droon has no moons.

(P) Icki: Colonies -	MOR Shark, COM Semiliquidity
Icki, 22 X 44 sectors, has an atmosphere of methane, a temperature of -5 degrees Fahrenheit,
and a gravity of 1.29 G.
Icki is a cold and bleak world.  It has life in the form of lichen but no more advanced 
life forms.  Icki's major feature is a large rift valley that measures 590 miles long and
has an average width of 30 miles.  Icki has three moons: Folical, Julip and Muloop.

  (M) Folical:
    Folical, 2 X 3 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -325 degrees Fahrenheit, 
    and a gravity of .3 G.
    Folical is a moon in the Justin system orbiting the planet Icki.  It is a rather small
    moon with no atmosphere.  The surface of Folical is covered with very rough terrain. 
    According to your probe's results, you can be 80% sure that there is no life on this moon. 

  (M) Julip:
    Julip, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -316 degrees Fahrenheit, and 
    a gravity of .4 G.
    Julip is one of three moons orbiting the planet Icki in the Justin system.  Julip is

Iovo is a gas giant in the Justin system.  It is located at S17 and is orbited by three 
moons named Booboo, Jarv, and Plotik.

   (M) Booboo:
     Booboo, 1 X 2 sectors has a neon atmosphere, a temperature of -60 degrees Fahrenheit,
     and a gravity of .15 G.
     Booboo is one of three moons which orbit the gas giant Iovo. It has a neon atmosphere
     which is quite odd for such a small planet.  The surface of the moon appears to be 
     craterous.

   (M) Jarv:
     Jarv, 4 X 8 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -330 degrees Fahrenheit, and
     a gravity of .16 G.
     Jarv is one of the larger moons in the Justin system.  It orbits the gas giant Iovo 
     with two other moons named Booboo and Plotik.  The surface of Jarv is covered with 
     rough terrain with several mountain ranges located in the northern hemisphere.

   (M) Plotik: Colonies -	IND Dirdy
     Plotik, 6 X 10 sectors, has no atmosphere, and a temperature of -340 to -305 degrees
     Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .5 G.
     Plotik is the largest moon in the Justin system and orbits the gas giant Iovo.  The 
    surface of this inhospitable moon is covered with very rough terrain.

(P) Jarn: Colonies -	IND Yumoth
Jarn, 36 X 52 sectors, has an oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere (breathable), a temperature of 60 
to 88 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .98 G. It has 3 land masses, and is about 80% liquid.
Jarn is the gem of Justin system.  It has a gravity near Earth norm and a climate that is 
very mild.  It has no moons.

(P) Kalvert:
Kalvert, 36 X 52 sectors, has a neon/argon/krypton atmosphere, a temperature of 30 to 78 
degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 2.0 G. It has 4 large seas, and is about 25% liquid. 
Kalvert is located orbiting the star in the Justin.  It has one moon named Victrix.  Kalvert
has very strong winds year round which make for rather hazardous landings.  Your probe reports
that much of the terrain here consists of barren plains.  You get some readings of life on 
this planet.

  (M) Victrix:
    Victrix, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -340 to -310 degrees 
    Fahrenheit, and a gravity of .4 G.
    Victrix is the only moon orbiting the planet Kalvert in the Justin system.  It is 
    barren of life.  This moon is made of rather porous rock and is covered with rough 
    terrain and mountains.

(P) Monitol:
Monitol, 22 X 44 sectors, has an atmosphere of nitrogen/trace oxygen, a temperature of -45 
to 32 degrees Fahrenheit, .81 G.
Monitol is a planet in the Justin system.  It has a nitrogen atmosphere with an amount of 
oxygen present.  Nothing is observable of the surface from orbit due to the cloudy atmospheric
conditions. Monitol has two moons named Dogal and Olie.

  (M) Dogal:
    Dogal, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -340 to -310 degrees Fahrenheit,
    and a gravity of .2 G.
    Dogal is one of two small moons orbiting the planet Monitol in the Justin system.  It has 
    no atmosphere.  Dogal is covered with craters.

  (M) Olie:
    Olie, 1 X 2 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -323 degrees Fahrenheit, and a 
    gravity of .1 G.
    Olie is one of two moons orbiting the planet Monitol in the Justin star system.  It is a
    very small moon and is covered with craters.  No life readings can be obtained by your probe.

(P) Olag: Colonies -	WCE Azoomink
Olag, 36 X 52 sectors, has a nitrogen/oxygen (low level) atmosphere (breathable), a temperature
of 32 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.2 G.  It has 1 large land mass, and 1 small 
one, and is about 70% liquid.
Olag is a planet in the Justin system.  Due to its pleasant conditions an open colony exists 
here.  This world is teaming with life forms. It has one moon named Tusuc.

  (M) Tusuc: Colonies -	MOR Hell's Gate
    Tusuc, 5 X 7 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -340 to -310 degrees Fahrenheit, 
    and a gravity of .4 G.
    Tusuc is a moon orbiting the planet Olag in the Justin system.  It is a moderate sized moon
    but happens to be one of the largest moons in the Justin system.  Your probe reports a crater
    covered surface and no atmosphere.

(P) Persi:
Persi, 17 X 34 sectors, has no atmosphere, a temperature of -310 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and 
a gravity of .8 G.
This planet is hot.  It is cold on the night side and very hot on the day side.  This condition 
exists year round.  Persi has no moons.

(G) Sprou:
It has a large red spot on it that has several small black spots nearby.  Swirling clouds of red
gases can be seen on its surface from orbit.  It has no moons.

(P) Titimos:
Titimos, 11 X 22 sectors, has an atmosphere of carbon dioxide, a temperature of -25 to 54 degrees
Fahrenheit, and a gravity of 1.25 G.
Titimos is a planet in the Justin system.  The atmosphere here is nearly pure carbon dioxide.  
You can get no readings of life from this planet.  Titimos has no moons.


Additional Information

Icki
Morlocks:  See Morlock section of Aliens appendix.

Icki's Terrain:  Icki is mostly tundra, with some areas of rough terrain (like in the rift 
valley).

Icki rift valley exploration:  The immense valley has relatively steep sides and requires an
additional 20 tu's to safely traverse.  The temperature in the valley is a constant 50 degrees.
Many waterfalls are found along the steep cliff faces.  The floor of the valley is covered with
large boulders and limits visibility.  There is no sign of life except for an unusual brown 
stain on many of the boulders.

Icki boulder algae:  The brown stain found on the boulders in the rift valley is in reality 
a primitive form of algae.  It apparently was formed due to the presence of methane and the 
geothermal heat in the valley.  The organism appears quite unextraordinary.

Sector 16-23 was explored for caves, and none were found.

Jarn
Jarn terrain:  most of Jarn appears to be grasslands.  Sectors 24-28, 24-29, 24-32, 25-29,
26-28, and 29-36 have some coastal swamps.  Sectors 28-15, 32-40, and 33-40 have some hills.
Sectors 30-36, 32-41, and 33-31 have a few squares of mountains.  Sectors 32-35, 32-38, 32-40,
33-31, and 33-40 have some forest.  Sector 32-39 has a lake.

Kalvert
Low pass results:  objects noted in upper atmosphere, infrared indicates objects have lifeforms
inside them, and have an internal heat source. Objects appear to have no directed path, and are
only floating with the wind.  No reaction to observation.  Wind velocity:  500 mph.

Biosphere observation:  upon closer examination it becomes obvious that the biosphere cluster
is a colonial lifeform.  The spikes that project from the individual sphere appear to be 
transport tubes for odd .2 inch long organisms.  These organisms appear to be the true lifeform
with the sphere being an external housing.  The spheres are not transparent however, the tubes
are composed of a clear compound.  The organisms inside are quite active.

Kalvert ocean analysis:  The seas of Kalvert are composed of ethanol with little in the way of
dissolved chemicals.  The liquid however is full of an odd protozoan size organism.  It has a 
series of flagella as its means of locomotion.  It appears to be harmless.
