SSHD

* Changed so that numerical patters are only matched against ip
  addresses (makes it impossible to create host named
  192.168.2.hack.org that used to match 192.168.2.* pattern).

SSH

* Fixed suid bit removing of ssh.

* Allow server version number 2.x and assume that server notices our
  smaller version number and fallbacks to ssh 1.x protocol. 


SCP
===

* Changed to run ssh1 instead of ssh.

* Added -L option.

* All possible and impossible ways to disable/enable scp statistics.

* Added option to print separate statistics for each file.


CONFIGURE

* Added finding of password program path in the configure.

* Added NONSTANDARD_IP_ADDRESS_X11_KLUDGE that means that display will
  be set to ip address of the host not hostname. 

* Removed nroff if's from man pages.
