eMail Server: Version 3 and 3.1
suse.de and that the BaseDN is dc=suse,dc=de.
As a general rule, the BaseDN corresponds to the domain. The UID (login name) of our sample user is
user and it's e-mail address is user@suse.de.There are three address books:
dc=suse,dc=de
o=addressbook,dc=suse,dc=deuid=user,dc=suse,dc=deo=addressbook,dc=suse,dc=de does not work any longer. Netscape tries to determine the username from the email address, anonymously querying the LDAP-server.dc=suse,dc=de. In this case the public and system addressbook are read simultaneously.
user_pref("ldap_2.servers.<NAME_OF_THE_DIRECTORY>.auth.dn", "uid=user,dc=suse,dc=de");
in preferences.js. Use this on your own risk and please refer directly to Netscape, if it does not work as wanted.
