Apart from the example packages developed in the book, this directory
also contains files that contain some of the live Mathematica
computations in the book, grouped according to the package used.  The
examples are presented in the style explained in subsection 5.6.3.  For
example, the computations involving complex maps (Chapter 1) are in the
file ComplexMap.ex.

Each computation is of the form bPPPinN, where PPP is the page number,
and N is the input line number.  There is one difference to the
computations in the book:  All the computations are done with the final
version of a package, not with one of the intermediate developments, as
in the book.

To reproduce the computations, simply read in the file and then
evaluate one of the symbols defined.  The packages and utilities from
this distribution need to be available, see the README in the parent
directory.
