Talk Radio
----------
Unconfirmed reports suggest that Talk Radio may have been testing a new
transmitter on 1053kHz from Bournemouth between midnight and 0600 UTC this
morning.

Radio Latics
------------
(RSLstation) serving Oldham Athletic Football Club is due on air this
Saturday 26th for a home football game. There is a very strong possibility
that they will be on air from soon after midnight UTC running through the
night with a tape loop on 1386kHz. NOTE this is a European clear channel from
0000-0200 UTC. If you hear this one please e-mail me to let me know. If you
want to send a reception report to the station the contact is Dave McGealy at
Radio Latics c/o Oldham Athletic Football Club, Boundary Park, Oldham,
Lanashire. (Info via Alan Gale)

This station only runs 1 Watt radiated power but two similar stations (Valley
Radio 1386kHz and Radio Rovers 1413kHz) have been heard over 600km distant
(see December Medium Wave News for details)!

Supa AM
-------
Still no sign of operation on 1296kHz. Station claims they will start within
2-3 weeks. Don't hold your breath waiting!
