BOSNIA-HERCEGOVINA

* RADIO BOSNIA-HERCEGOVINA, Sarajevo; has changed it's frequency of
   7059.25 (USB) kHz to 6890v (AM) kHz since 19th January (see also
   BDXC-bulletin, 3/94).  (BBCM, 25/2/94)

CLANDESTINE
-----------
* RADIO FREEDOM-NEWS CENTRE OF FREE IRAQ [Arabic: Idha'at al-hurriyah,
   Markaz Akhbar al-Iraq al-Hurr], -; is broadcasting programmes
   hostile to Saddam Husayn and the Iraqi government at 0415-....,
   1400-1900 and 2130-0145 on 1530 kHz and at 2200-2353 on
   11695(unconf.) kHz.  (BBCM, 25/2/94)
* RADIO MUHABURA, -; this station which identiefies itself as the
   voice that repatriates, the voice of the RPF inkotanyi (indomitable
   fighters) is transmitting to Africa on 6275 kHz at 0400-0530 and
   1000-1135 and on 6285 kHz at 1715-2005. News in French is
   transmitted at 1030-1045, 1745-1800 (Sat) and 1815-1830. News in
   English can be heard at 1100-1115 and 1900-1915. In the past the
   station hase used frequencies in the range 6200-6400 kHz.

* VOICE OF FREE TAJIKISTAN, -; announced that they are now using 1260,
   3540 and 7080v kHz at 0200, 0500, 0900 and 1300.  (BBCM, 25/2/94)
* VOICE OF IRAQI-IRAQI BROADCASTING CORPORATION, -; has been heard via
   a Patriotic Union of Kurdistan transmitter at 1600 on 4085 kHz.

* VOICE OF THE FREE PEOPLE OF IRAQ [Arabic: Sawt Ahrar al-Iraq], -; is
   transmitting programmes in Arabic, hostile to Saddam Husayn and the
   government of Iraq, at 0354-0415 and 2100-2130 on 1530 kHz and at
   1800-1830 on 1107 kHz (see also BDXC-bulletin, 2/94).

* G(HANA) B(roadcasting) C(orporation), Accra; transmission schedule:
   Radio 1: 0340-0100 (Sat/Sun & Holiday), 0350-0910 (Mon-Fri),
    0910-1115 (School broadcast, when schools are in session) and
    1225-0100 (Mon- Fri) on 4915 kHz.
   Radio 2: 0355-0905 and 1700-0100 on 3366 kHz, 1225-1705 (Mon-Fri)

ITALY

* I(talian) R(adio) R(elay) S(ervice), Milan; has added special five
   minutes news items in English directly from the UN Headquarters in
   New York, with updates from UN reporters located in Zagreb. News
   will be broadcasted daily when they it is made available from UN
   Radio at the following times on 7125 kHz: 0630, 0830, 1000, 1350

KOREA (D.P.R)
-------------
* K(orean) C(entral) B(roadcasting) S(tation), Pyongyang; is scheduled
   at 2000-1800 on 819, 2850, 6100, 9665 and 11680 kHz.
  The following regional stations relay the KCBS programmes at around
   0500-0600:
    Chonjin (North Hamgyong Provincial Service) on 702 and 3980 kHz,
    Haeju (South Hwanghae Provincial Service) on 1080 kHz,
    Hamhung (South Hamgyong Provincial Service) on 999 and 3221 kHz,
    Hyesan (Yanggang Provincial Service) on 765 and 3920 kHz,
    Kaesong City Service on 810 kHz,
    Kangaye (Chugong Provincial Service) on 3960 kHz,
    Pyongsong (South Pyongan Provincial Service) on 3350 kHz,
    Pyongyang City Service on 720 kHz,
    Sariwon (North Hwanghae Provincial Service) on 927 and 2350 kHz,
    Sinuiju (North Pyongyang Provincial Service) on 864 kHz,

MALI
----
* RADIO MALI (RTM), Bamako; transmission schedule:
   0555-0758 and 1800-2400 on 540, 4783, 4835 and 5995 kHz,
   0800-1757 on 540, 7285, 9635 and 11960 kHz.
   English news is transmitted at 1840-1900 (Sun).
   Most other programmes are in French.  (BBCM, 4/3/94)

MOLDOVA

* RADIO DNESTR INTERNATIONAL, Tiraspol; this station, which is the
   external service of Radio Pridenestrovye of the Russian-seperatists
   in the Pridnestrovye region of Moldova, is currently transmitting
   to EUROPE in English at 2130-2200 (Exc. Fri) on 999 (Mon/Wed/Sat)
   and 9620 kHz. A broadcast in German, previously at 2130-2200 on 999
   and 1467 kHz, could not be confirmed in February 1994. Addr: 25th
   October Street, Tiraspol, Pridnestrovye, C.I.S.

NEW ZEALAND

* R(adio) N(ew) Z(ealand) I(international), Wellington; schedule:
   0759-1206 and 1207-1258 (occ. for sports broadcasts) on 9700 kHz,
   1259-1649 (occ. for sports broadcasts) on 9655 kHz,
   1650-1850 (Mon-Fri) on 6035 kHz,
   1851-2138 on 11735 kHz,
   2139-0758 on 15115 kHz.
   The RNZI transmitter is sited at Rangitaiki, 41 km east of Taupo,
   in the Centre of the North island. Programmes are fed by microwave
   link from studios in Wellington, 340 km South of Taupo. The 100 kW
   transmitter is manufactured by Thomson CSF in France, and it is
   unmanned and computer controlled from the Master Control Room in
   the Broadcasting House in Wellington. RNZI operates two Curtain
   antennae manufactured by TCI in California.  (AS, 25/2/94)

PAKISTAN

* RADIO PAKISTAN, Islamabad; can be heard in English at 0800-0850 on
   17900 and 21520 kHz and at 1700-1800 on 7485 and 9855 kHz.

RUSSIA
------
* OTKRYTOYE RADIO / OPEN RADIO, Moscow; is relaying, besides their own
   programmes, BBC World Service, Voice of America, Radio Liberty and
   Radio Moscow World Service at 0300-2300 on 918 kHz.
   Addr: Ul. Pyatnitskaya 25, Moscow.  (BBCM, 4/3/94)
* RADIO 101, Moscow; the station of the Russian Independent
   Broadcasting Corporation (Russian: Moskovskaya Nezavisimaya
   Shirokoveshchatelnaya Kororatsiya) is transmitting on 1233 kHz at
   0500-2300 in Russian. Addr: ul. Pyatnitskaya 25, Room 946A, 113326

* RADIOKOMPANIYA "MOSKVA", Moscow; is transmitting in Russian at
   0200-2400 on 846 kHz. The same frequency is used by RADIO
   PODMOSKOVYA and RADIO ROSII, both in Moscow.  (BBCM, 25/2/94)
* RADIO RADONEZ, Moscow; has transmissions in Russian on 846 kHz at
   1900-2000 and on 9795 kHz at 1600-1700.  (BBCM, 25/2/94)
* RADIOSTANTSIYA TSENTR, Moscow; is relaying Radio France
   International in French/Russian at 0100-1500, 1600-2400 on 1440 kc.
   A relay of HCJB in English is carried on 1116 kHz at 1700-2000.
   On shortwave the station can be heard at 0630-0700 in Russian on
   12010 kHz. Addr: Andrey Nekrasov, ul Nikolskaya 7, Moscow 103012.

* VOICE OF ASSYRIA, Moscow; is transmitting in Assyrian/Russian on
   612, 1089, 1170, 1323, 1494, 5905 (winter), 7305 (summer), 12075
   and 17890 kHz at 1600-1700 (Wed/Sat). Addr: ul Pyatnitskaya 25,

U.S.A.
------
* WORLD VOICE OF HISTORIC ADVENTISM, -; is transmitting via WCSN
   transmitters at 1300-1700 (Sat) on 11745 kHz, 1500-1700 (Mon-Fri),
    1500-1730 (Sun) and 1515-1800 (Sat) on 15665 kHz.
