* AZERBAIJAN RADIO, Baku; their 2nd programme was noted on 24th August
   carrying a news programme in English at 1900-1915 using 4957.5 kHz
   and 15240 kHz. This English-language programme is in addition to
   Azerbaijan Radio's English service to EUROPE, known as Radio Dada
   Gorgud, which is broadcast from 1700-1800 on 15240 kHz.

* VOICE OF THE MOJAHED [Voice of the Crusader - Persian: "Sedaye
   Mojahed"], (Iran); this station, operated by the Mojahedin-e Khalq
   Organisation, is transmitting in Persian at 0200-0600 and 1400-1900
   on 3557, 3780, 4670, 4700, 5090, 5740, 5870, 6005, 6270, 6520,
   6560, 6780, 7000, 7180, 7470, 8840, 9060, 9240 and 9640 kHz.
   All frequencies and transmissions times are subject to variation.
   Not all frequencies operate in parallel at any given time.
   The station announces up to 14 frequencies for each transmission.
   Also announced, though unconfirmed, is a transmission at 0600-0800

* VOICE OF THE PEOPLE OF KURDISTAN, -; continuous to be heard with

   is jointly run by Malta and Lybia from studios in Valetta using

   EUROPE & M.East on 11925 kHz.

* RADIO STATION NADEZHDA, Moscow; this radio station was setup as the
   mouthpiece of women's public organistations.  Its founders were the
   Union of Women of Russia, a charitable fund called the
   International Foundation for the Protection of the Mother and
   Child, Radio Moscow International and the US (?"Le Monti") company.
   They are transmitting in Russian at 0600-1000 on 630, 9730 and
   15120 kHz, 1000-1400 on 6045, 9725, 9730, 11665, 11705, 11745 kHz,
   1400-1430 on 1440, 11850, 15340 and 17675 kHz, 1430-1700 on 1440,
   9490, 11850, 11855, 12005, 15340 and 17675 kHz, 1700-2000 on 1440
   and 1900-2300 (to European part of Russia) on 1215, 5905, 7280 kHz.

* VOICE OF FREE SOMALIA [Somali: Idaacada Madaxa Banaan ee Somailia],
   Gaalkacyo; can be heard with transmissions in English at 0500-0515
   on 7460 kHz and at 1800-1815 on 7499 kHz.  The station began
   broadcasting on 18 August 1993 and appears to be controlled by the
   Somali Salvation Democratic Front (SSDF). It was set up with
   assistance from the Australian-based International Amataeur Radio

   transmitting religious programmes via the following stations:
