The following is Appendix B.5 - Changes to create Version 3.01

 o Recorded new location of the FAQ
 o Updated some old (bad) web links
 o Added some new COBOL books (particularly those written or contributed to - by
frequent comp.lang.cobol submitters).
 o Added information about LegacyJ (PERCobol) and changed the company name from
"Synkronix" to "LegacyJ".
 o Updated information for changes in product and company names and addresses
where available
 o Updated the URLs for downloading the draft of the next COBOL Standard and
CobCy
 o Started the Samples/Example Section
 o Tried to get rid of most specific references to Windows/NT, Windows/95,
Windows/98, and Windows/2000.
 o Added links to Xinotech
 o Added information on Norcom and GUI ScreenIO
 o Added (back) information on Wang
 o Added (back) information on the Tiny-COBOL ('74 Standard) project
