Summer vacations usually start in late April and the new term starts in July. What I gather from your posting history is that you are interested in sarod music. If you wish to study the sarod in a university atmosphere, the teacher I will recommend to you is Joydeep Ghosh, at the IndirA KalA Sangeet VishwavidyAlaya, in KhairAgarh, Madhya Pradesh. If an academic environment is not a must, then you might be able to study with Pandit Buddhadev DasGupta or Shri Prattyush Banerjee in Calcutta. And of course, if I am mistaken about the sarod being your area of specialization, I will recommend the Sangit Mahabharati (Mumbai) for a good general introduction to ICM (vocal, tabla, and theory). Please contact me by e-mail if you would like contact information for any of these individuals/institutions.
