                               Command : SHOOT

 SYNTAX:
   [mc ##] Command : shoot <SECTS> <

The shoot command allows you to shoot enemy civilians or recalcitrant uncom-
pensated workers. You specify the sectors in which the executions will take
place, whether you want to shoot civilians or uncompensated workers, and the
number of people you wish to execute in each sector.

In order to be able to keep the populace under control during the execution,
you must have a ratio of one military for every ten civilians in the sector.

If all the conquered populace in the sector are executed, it will become com-
pletely controlled by you. Note that shooting conquered populace will not
endear your country to the conquered peoples, who will have a greater propen-
sity for "turning rebel" after such an event.
