                               Command : ENLIST

 SYNTAX:
   [mc ##] Command : enlist <SECTS> <NUMBER>

The enlist command recalls your military reserves back to active duty. You
specify the range of sectors where the recall is to be sounded, and the number
of military to be called in each sector.

If the <NUMBER> is positive, then it specifies the number of civilians to be
enlisted. If the <NUMBER> is negative, then an enlistment goal is esta-
blished, and an attempt is made to enlist enough in each sector to bring the
total number of military there to the enlistment goal.

If your country has no military reserves, then no military will be called up.
Also, only civilians which are loyal to your regime will report; those in
occupied territory or in a state of civil unrest will refuse the call to duty.

For each sector in which enlistment takes place, enlist will print the number
of civilians who have reported, and the total number of military currently in
the sector.

                               Command : ENLIST

Note that there is a cost of 0.2 BTU's per military in addition to the basic
cost of the command and the troops also use up some mobility in the reporting
process.
