                                Concept : NIE

NIE, or National Intelligence Estimates, are information collated about other
nations by the national intelligence apparatus of your country. Both military
and economic information is collected.

Conceptually, information is collected about other nations between each update
by your intelligence services. When the update occurs, a report is generated
summarizing the information collected.

The accuracy of the information depends upon the relationship between the two
nations. If relations between the nations are good, then the information col-
lected tends to be very accurate. If relations are poor, then the information
collected tends to be fairly inaccurate.
