Major Changes in Version 3.06

Please note: these changes apply for both File Folder Organizer 3 and File Folder Organizer 3 - EX.

File Folder Organizer 3 Version 3.06 continues to improve to better meet customer demands for enhancements. The updated products have many added features with new and improved interfaces that are simpler and more intuitive to use. Details of these and other enhancements follow. 

Windows XP Support
OPERA Tech products work with Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, NT 4.0 and Windows XP. You must install the latest operating systems support packs prior to installing any of OPERA Tech's software. Microsoft recently released a service pack for Windows XP. You can obtain the updates from the Microsoft website at www.microsoft.com.
 
Expanded the File Folder Owner field length
With the new release, the number of allowable characters has increased from 15 to 40 characters. 

Removed the special Characters restrictions
With this new release, you may have special characters (eg. , ., ) when you enter the File Folder Owner, File Cabinet, Hanging Folder, File Folder and Document names.

Cut and Paste into a field
The data entry screens incorporate an Edit menu. The menu allows you to cut and paste data into the field from a clipboard. For example, when entering the Document Comments, you may Copy these comments from an existing word document and paste them into the Comments field of the Document Data Entry Screen.

Printer Selection
When printing labels or reports, you are now able to change the default printer by clicking the Print Setup icon from the Print Preview Window.

System Tray Icon
Now, when you launch File Folder Organizer 3, its icon appears in the System Tray (lower left hand corner of the desktop) to indicate that the program is running.

Item Highlights
-	When selecting a document from the Explorer Window, the corresponding File Folder now remains highlighted. 
-	When clicking Print Preview, selected records now remain highlighted.
