Need
	1) Notes
	2) Discovery
	3) Status monitor - using detailed links file
	4) Graphical Monitor - bugs...
		many notes for this..
		How to configure .Xdefaults...include sample
		How to start discovery
		How monitoring works after discovery

Graphical monitor
	1) Portability ???
	2) Bugs...

Release should

as much as possible, be a turn-key solution
have all source code available already checked out
have binaries available for supported archetectures (how?)
	have READMEs in each directory
		describing each file
		implications of design
		configuration notes:
			format of config files, etc.
Graphical Display should have its own writeup
				binding information
				menus
				X Classes
point: all you need is a NSF
scripts goals - automated diagnosis/fix of
					network problems
				include sample scripts - contributions

have a central user document describing
what is needed to install and use Internet Rover,
		a directory description
		Include design goals
		Code separation: binaries/data Collectors/Displays
		Source code control: SCCS
		configuration information for:
			hostfile
			.Xdefaults
Help in setting up rover in general

	include paper outlining rover project
	include paper outlining rover consortium
		Rover futures
Thanks to ........ sounds like consortium already

	include sample config files
should work out of the box with these files & maybe a script or two

CMU SNMP code must be converted for our SNMP API

Additional enhancements:
viewdsu should show 24 hour buckets and current state
	xdview4 should use rtdata client
DSU Circuit check really should have its own directory for data
Fix NewROver bug - Add NULL Node!
	Check Checking for testnet
	Grouping
	Realtime link view
	change name interactively
	half links
	ping across link script
	loopback test
	loopup/loopdown
	snmpstats2 ---> OPSTATS format

Should the Rover Consortium be referenced?

Catch traps should be also included

How will customers be able to run this on a Sun when the SNMP code requires
an /etc/mib_desc file? a) Provide a mib_desc file to be moved, b) modify the
CMU MIB reader to write in mib_desc format, or c)....
