This is manager 2.3, a sports simulation for one or more players.  The human
player plays the role of the manager or general manager of a major league
baseball team.  Knowledge of current players is not important in this game,
so that the humans must make decisions based on how well their players
perform.  The leagues include the 1993 expansion teams, but not the 1994
realignment.

Specifically, humans get to set their pitching rotations and their lineups
against left- and right-handed pitchers when playing the manager.  When
playing the GM, the players choose who to bring up from the minors, who to
drop, and who to cut entirely.  Spring training is included, as are the
playoffs.  There are tons of stats to use, including baserunning, batting,
fielding, and pitching.  You can build your team from year to year, trying to
develop a dynasty.  The game includes novice, intermediate, and advanced
levels.

Version 2.3 finally fixes the problem of the files corrupting after 30 or 40
seasons.
