Personal Training Workstation v3.1
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A list of changes from v1.1 and 2.x is at the end of this document.
PTWorkstation is a shareware program.  You can distribute it to anyone you
like.
It requires about 25 MB disk space.
It has successfully been run on a Pentium 150 with 32 MB RAM. However, if
you try much lower than that, it may run pretty slow.
PTWorkstation is a program designed for personal trainers, bodybuilders,
and other fitness enthusiasts.  Using PTWorkstation, you can track your
(or your clients') resistance workouts, aerobics workouts, and body
measurements. With the full version, you can also track your diet and
supplement usage.
You can also chart your progress in any of the areas above (though the
shareware version has a limit on the charts you can use), and in the
full version, PTWorkstation will help you determine why you gained or lost
weight or strength! (Now you can find out if new supplements really work!)
The full version also creates detailed reports for you, covering any period
of time. The reports tell you about your progress in all areas, noting
your personal bests in all exercises, as well as percentages of increases
or decreases. The full version contains more extras than are mentioned here.
To see the complete list, choose "Order Full Version" from the toolbar.
There is no expiration date for the software, you can use it as long as
you wish. However, with the shareware version, you will only be able to
enter one user or client.
The full version download is $29.95 (Unlimited users/clients)
The full version on CD is $39.95 (Unlimited users/clients)
