I am not a programmer and I don't intend to be one anyhow in the next future. I hate the word, but I have to call this activity an "hobby". 
I always try to resolve myself the problems that arise during programming, because that's the fun part of it, after having moved and removed buttons and labels around. But when you come to the hard part of it, and you just can't make it with your little brain, you have to look for snippets of code around on the web. You copy and paste here and there, and you forget your debts right after. Though, in some situations I had to implement a whole set of commands that someone else coded. In these cases I still rewrite the code somewhat, reducing it to my specific purposes. But luckly the main concept and all the clever part of it are still there.
